The Pluto Crash Pad is Moon's smallest boulder mattress. It, like other Moon heads, is made of very high quality materials. The structure of the heads consists of two different layers of foam. At the bottom there is a 65 mm thick open foam layer and on top there is a 25 mm thick closed foam layer. The outer fabric is made of highly wear-resistant 600D ripstop recycled polyester and the corners have separate reinforcements. The buckles are lightweight aluminum and the shoulder strap has padding for added comfort.

All Moon heads are so-called. taco-shaped, so they have no folds and the drip tray is flat. It is also easy to slip a backpack and climbing shoes inside the Taco-style heads for transport. The heads have an "inverted folding system", ie the heads are bent in the opposite way to the heads of other manufacturers. As a result, the convex side of the head remains upwards and the dirty side facing the ground folds inside when carried. Clothes and your car will stay clean while the dirty side is always hidden.

The Pluto Crash Pad boulder mattress has one carrying strap, which you can carry in two ways by changing its position. You can carry the headband either on your shoulder, or like a backpack, by attaching the shoulder strap in a different way.
