Our products have a 14-day free exchange and return policy!

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them to us as a free customer return. You can inspect the products at your leisure, as you have 14 days to make a return. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original condition. You do not need to notify us of the return separately, just follow the instructions below.

Note! Free exchange and return does not apply to boulder mattresses. The customer is responsible for the return costs of the boulder mattresses.

Here's how to do a DB Schenker customer return:

  1. Print a return form here, fill in the necessary information on the form and slip it with the products to be returned.
  2. Export the packageTo the DB Schenker collection point with the same shipping ID with which the package was picked up.
  3. Keep the receipt of the shipment until you have received a notification from us that your return has been processed. You will find a customer return tracking code on your receipt, which you may need if the return does not arrive to us within the normal delivery time.

Here's how to make a return by mail:

  1. Print a return form here, fill in the necessary information on the form and slip it with the products to be returned to the shipment.
  2. Go to: www.posti.fi/palautapaketti
  3. Enter the shipping ID of your package (starting with JJFI) and you will immediately receive a unique Easy code
  4. Write your code easily over the package
  5. If you wish, you can book a Smartpost for automatic tray return
  6. Take the package to the Post Office or to the vending machine
  7. Please keep the code easily from the time you submit until you have been notified by us that your return has been processed. We may need this if the return does not arrive to us within the normal delivery time.

Exchanges
You can easily resize the product by filling out the return form with information on what size you want to resize. If the desired size cannot be found in stock, we will automatically make a refund for the product.

If you would like to replace the product you returned with a completely different product, place a new order directly in our online store and return the first product normally.

Problem situations
We always try to deliver all orders in tiptop condition, but if the product has been lost during transport, damaged or you have been delivered the wrong product, you must notify us immediately at info@hirock.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.

If there is a clear defect or error in the use of the product, send us a message and we will solve the matter together.

Refund
We will refund the price of the returned products to you directly through the payment method you used to place your order. We will also refund you the delivery fee for your order. Please note, however, that if you opted for a home delivery charge for your order, we will not refund the portion of the home delivery charge that exceeds the lowest delivery charge, but will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We offer one free customer return per order. If you return products of the same order in several batches or order and return the same product more than once, we will charge 14.90 for additional returns and their processing. Expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount of the order..

If the order is returned to us without being picked up, we will contact the customer immediately. We will be happy to resend the order if the customer so wishes, but if we do not receive a response from the customer within 7 days, we will cancel the order and charge a shipping and handling fee of 14.90. Expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount of the order..

Change
If the product is returned unmarketable, ie the product has been opened, used, soiled or washed, we will not accept the return. The product is not marketable even if the product labels have been removed or it is returned without its sales packaging or the sales packaging is not intact. No refund will be given for an unsaleable product.
