The products of the e-commerce are sold by HiRock Oy, Business ID 3169209-7. We sell products to private individuals in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Ordering
Products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.hirock.fi via the shopping cart. Ordering is easy: Transfer the products you want to the shopping cart, then go to the checkout, fill in your contact information on the order form, choose the delivery and payment method, accept the delivery terms and go to the payment service. If for some reason you cannot order via the online store, you can contact us, for example, by e-mail.

Payment service providers
Paytrail
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Order confirmation

DB Schenker Pickup Package: The order will be delivered to the nearest or selected office, which are e.g. R-kiosks and K-markets. You will be notified of the downloadable shipment via SMS. DB Schenker Parcel: DB Schenker Parcelshipments are delivered from Monday to Friday, generally at 816.00. Our estimated delivery time in Finland is 12 working days, in the Baltics 13 working days and in the rest of Europe 17 working days, depending on the destination country. The price varies from country to country. Shipments to Finland, Sweden and Denmark cost 8.90.0 €. Shipment tracking!
Parcel machine: The order will be delivered to the Post parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified of an incoming shipment via SMS and email. In the message you will receive a PIN code with which you can redeem your order from the machine of your choice. The shipment is stored in the vending machine for 7 days. Delivery cost is 4.90. Mail pickup package: The order will be delivered to your nearest post office. You will be notified of an incoming shipment via SMS to your phone. The delivery cost for the mail pick-up package is 4.90. We deliver more than 130 orders free of charge.. Shipment tracking!
Postal Home Package: The order will be delivered to the address you provided, generally within 1-3 business days. It is important that you provide your telephone number when ordering so that the driver can contact you to arrange a delivery time.Delivery cost is 8.90. Shipment tracking!
Pickup: When choosing a pick-up from the store, you can pick up your order from our partner's store within the opening hours at: Aminopörssi, Ruosilantie 1, 00390 Helsinki. Pick-up is successful Mon-Fri 9-18 and Sat 11-15. Free delivery!
International deliveries:We also deliver orders to Europe, except for terminals. Shipping costs vary by country. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. For example, the delivery cost to Spain is 9.99.
